Melt Down Big Chocolate Bunnies Into Smaller Treats

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 433 Posts

I can't tell you how many times people have bought my children those big solid bunnies. I always find them wasted. This year I decided to melt them down in a make shift broiler. I added a small amount of water to the chocolate and put it into a heart container, let it dry, and popped them out. I am going to put them into baggies for them. That way there is no waste.

Don't put water into real chocolate when melting it-chocolate will seize-get heard and grainy and not melt. Maybe the writer here used imitation-type chocolate.
