Jiffy Cherry Salad
- 16 crushed graham crackers (1 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1-8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Combine graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of a 9" square pan.Reserve some for top. Cream sugar, cheese, and whipped cream and spread over crust. Pour cherries over top of mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Refrigerate.
