Onion Side Dish

Directions

This is a tip but also an easy recipe for an onion side dish.

Take 2 very large onions cut horizontally into 4 slices. Dip each slice in a flour mixture of salt, pepper, paprika and dry parsley. Flour both sides, and shake excess flour off. Place on a greased 10x15 inch jelly roll pan and add a 1/2 tsp butter on each slice.

Bake along with a roast for 30 minutes each side. After 30 minutes turn over and bake till done. Serves 4.
