Thick Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 can chili beans (med. size)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1/2 tomato sauce can of water

Directions

Cook and stir ground beef, garlic, onion and green pepper until brown. Add beans, sauce, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir until boiling. Lower heat and simmer at least 1 hour.
