I am turning 13 soon and I want to have a Hip-hop Hollywood in Hawaii sleepover theme. My mom doesn't want it to be expensive. If anyone has any ideas on how I should decorate or games we could play, please let me know.

Check the dollar store for lei's. Also most music stores have free sample of cds, posters and promotional items that they give out to customers. You might give them a call and let them know if they would be willign to save some fo you
