Ready in less than 30 minutes from start to table. Add topping at table
Ingredients:
- 2-3 cans chili beans
- 2-3 cans chili seasoned tomatoes (if you like tomatoes more is good)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 lb. ground beef
Toppings:
- corn chips
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
Directions:
Cook and drain ground beef in a large pot. Add tomatoes, beans, and chili powder simmer until heated. Serve and eat with chips, cheese and sour cream.
If you don't like chunky tomatoes, run them in the blender before adding to cooked meat.
I have doubled this and frozen the left over for later.
