My hardware store does it. I do it every winter, so it is ready for the spring season.

Yes you can sharpen hedge shears. I just did mine as well as my loppers.

Yes you can sharpen your hedge shears. Using a file you sharpen one side of each blade. I have also sharpened my loppers.
