Easy Chocolate Butter Pie

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter (NOT margarine)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs

Directions

Melt the chocolate squares. Cream butter; add sugar and cream well. Add the melted chocolate to the creamed mixture and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 3-5 minutes after each egg at high speed. Pour into 8 inch pie shell. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
