House Training a 4 Month Old Puppy?

We adopted a 4 month old mini-Pinscher Chihuahua mix, at least that is what they think. She was the runt of the litter, and she needed a home. She is adorable, sweet, affectionate, well behaved, social, we adore her; and yet, she keeps having accidents even though we take her out a lot. She won't let us know when she has to go, she will not sit. She won't come, to go outside, she runs the other way! Is there any hope?

First you need to confine the little girl so she doesn't have the run of the house and puts her marks on everything. Be patient. No scolding, yelling, or hitting. She is a baby and babies will have accidents.

Puppies usually are house trained by their 5th month birthday so your little girls still needs time.
