Repairing a Garbage Disposal

My garbage disposal wasn't used for about a year. When I tried to use it, it was frozen up and would not reset. I used the tool to loosen it up, etc. Since I hear no sound at all, could it be electrical or should I replace? How can I find out?

It should have a reset button. Have you tried pushing it?
