Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1 head cauliflower, leaves removed
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 lemon
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower, dill and white pepper. Cover and steam for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon juice squeezed over top.
