Family Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
Topping:
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Mix main ingredients well. Form into loaf.

Combine topping ingredients and spread on meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. (2 hours in slow cooker)
