Ask others if they have extra. I needed curtains for my living room and mentioned this to a neighbor who makes them for herself. She had extra taking up space in a closet - free for me and cleans up for her!
This can also clean out your closets - pay close attention to what others may need or just tell friends what you are trying to get rid of. This could really bless someone else.
