Rest A-Lot Stew
- 2 lbs. stew meat (cubed)
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup thick potato cubes
- small onion quartered
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Brown meat. When browned place meat and all ingredients in a casserole dish with a tight lid. Bake at 275 degrees F for 4-5 hours.
