No Bake Pumpkin Pie
- 1 package vanilla pudding and pie filling, not instant (reg. size)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb. can pumpkin
Combine and cook pudding, spices, sugar, salt, butter and milk. Add pumpkin. Put in regular graham cracker crust. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Top with Cool Whip.
