Barbecued Bat Wings

Ingredients

• 3 pounds of chicken wings -whole
• 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon - optional

Directions

Wash chicken well and pat dry. Place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and coat chicken. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place coated chicken in prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes (depending on how crispy you want your wings). Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. These really do look like bat wings if you leave the tips on them.
