Cheesy Potato Bake
- 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- instant minced onion
Heat cream cheese in saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in soup. Place frozen potatoes evenly in 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour sauce over. Don't stir in. Top with onion flakes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for 15 minutes more or until cheese melts.
