Cinnamon Yeast Rolls
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Soften yeast in milk. Add sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour and mix. Let set until bubbly; add salt, eggs, oil and 1 1/2 cups flour. Knead. let rise until double. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll like jelly rolls and cut 1 1/2 inch slices. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Let rise. Just before baking, pour hot caramel syrup over it. Bake at 350 degrees F. Eat warm or frost when cooled.
