"Scrummy" Avocado

Living in fabulous "Bay of Plenty" in New Zealand, we get heaps of cheap avocado. I mash them with sweet chilli sauce and lime juice, and either eat them or freeze them. Scrummy! In the shops now, you can buy a commercial version of this, but its more expensive.
