Quick Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2/3 cup pecans, chopped

Icing:

• 2 tsp. orange juice
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and vanilla together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and pecans together and sprinkle over the batter; marbelize with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.

For Icing: Mix the orange juice and powdered sugar together. Frost the cake while it is still warm.
