Removing Black Dye from a Metal Watch

How can I remove black dye from my white metal watch?

I would "MAYBE", with caution, on an inconspicuous spot, try a Q-tip with full strength household bleach, wipe with a clean damp cloth right after, GOOD LUCK!!
