Place 1 layer of Club crackers on the bottom of a buttered 9x13 inch pan. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown and white sugar, milk and margarine. Boil 5 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers, then top with another layer of Club crackers. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate. Cut into bars and serve.
