We had a pig butchered by mistake we didn't get our ham steaks cured they are fresh any recipes out there to make them taste better do not like the taste of them plain.

You could make any flavor you want. Also cut it anyway you want to.Some ideas, cut in chunks, sliver thin, steaks, grind for sausage.

Flavor ideas, sweet and sour pork with peppers, onions, and pineapple and rice. Fried like chops and fried potatoes. Slow cooked and barbecue sauce, meal or sandwich. Slow cooked Italian flavor. Slow cooked Mexican salsa flavor. Chinese stir fry. Roasted with stuffing and gravy with mashed potatoes. Pork and applesauce. Sauerkraut and pork for New Years.

Remember it is just another piece of pork, you can cut it your way.
