Sauteed Green Beans
Quick, easy and healthy :-)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 3/4 cups fresh green beans
- 1 cup white cooking wine
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the garlic. Add the green beans and toss to coat.
Pour the white wine over the green beans and simmer for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain and serve.
