Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet and cool. Spread with Browned Butter Glaze.
For glaze: Heat butter over low heat until golden brown. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Stir in hot water until spreading consistency.
