If you are talking about a purchased one the directions should be on the box. If it is a home made one when you go to a store, look at the directions on a box and see. Otherwise I am sure you can google it and find out.

How to bake a frozen apple pie? Thaw first? Temperature? Time?

It depends on if the pie was already cooked when it was frozen. If so then thaw for about an hour or less and then bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 325 degrees F or until golden brown on the top crust.

If your pie was frozen with all ingredients uncooked meaning raw dough, apples, sugar, etc. then you would let thaw about the same time frame then bake for about an hour on 325 to 350 degrees F until you see that the crust is browning on top and the apples and juice content are bubbly. Also use a tooth pick to go through the dough part to see if it comes out clear if so it's done. If it's still sticky then bake a bit more. At least that's how I do my pies either cooked already or raw after being thawed.
Most pies from the store have the directions on the box. (11/10/2007)

There are directions on the back of the box it will tell you exactly what to do. If by chance you have received one not in a box, then bake it @400 degrees F for 45-60 minutes according to directions on Sara Lee boxes. (11/10/2007)
