Turkey Swiss Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey ham, skinned and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 small can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 bag Rigatoni pasta
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning, regular

Directions

Cool pasta, drain and rinse in warm water. Put in microwave-safe casserole dish. Add turkey, olives and mushrooms to pasta. Stir in 1 cup grated cheese and 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash. Top with 1 cup grated cheese and then sprinkle Mrs. Dash on the top. Put lid on casserole dish. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Turn dish and cook 2 minutes longer. Be sure not to overcook pasta.
