1-2-3 Lemon Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups baking mix
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 drops lemon food flavoring
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with spoon our electric mixer. Form into small balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Has anyone tried this with sugar free Jell-o?
