I hate guest books at family gatherings! Usually only a page or two is filled and afterwards they just sit in a box somewhere. Well, for my wedding we did something more fun!

We got a plain large (about 1/4 thick) poster board and a black pen. It had our wedding invitation in the middle and our guests were able to sign their name or write a little message to us around that invite. PLUS, afterwards, we framed it and it is hanging up in our home for us to treasure! Every time I walk by, I have a great memory from that beautiful day!

We did the same thing for our wedding. Except after the wedding we took out the invitation and put a photo from our wedding in its place.
