Super Easy Sausage and Pirogies

This is so easy, and so good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa in bite-size slices (or sausage of choice)
  • 1 bag frozen veggies, your favorite mix
  • 1 lb. frozen mini-pirogi
  • 1/2 cup chicken or ham broth

Directions:

Combine everything in a large pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer, stirring carefully so you don't break the pirogies open, until everything is piping hot.

This is a meal in one pot, fast and easy, and kids love it.

Kids might love it, but I know some adults who are going to enjoy this nice and easy good dinner too.

Thank you Barb. I don't think you know any "bad" recipes, do you? They all sound so good, and the ones I've tried are just super good. We've been able to get our one "fussy" eater to try them, and that's quite an accomplishment. One fussy one in the bunch sure can turn me off cooking in a hurry. Thankfully, we only have one. LOL, and I can tell already that
she is going to like this.
