Converter Shut Off When I Plugged in the Vacuum

My converter shut off when I plugged the vacuum in. How do I get it back on?

Do you live in an RV? I know RVs have converters, which "converts" 110 to 12 volt (or the other way around...I'm not sure!) but I am wondering if you mean the electrical box we all have in our homes. Did you trip a breaker? If you don't feel comfortable checking, I'd call a friend that could help you check it out. Good luck.
