Request: Cleaning Porcelain Doll Face

I have a porcelain doll that I have had for many years, since I was about 6 yrs old. I noticed a while ago that somehow I got something on her face. I do not know what it is, it truly could be anything knowing me. Anyone have any tips on how I could clean her face without destroying the paint under? Thanks.

There used to be a doll hospital in Seattle. Go on the internet and type in 'Antique Doll Restoration.' Talk to someone who knows what that paint is and what to use. (09/06/2007)
