A family favorite is as follows:

1 medium size bell pepper cut up fine
1 medium size sweet onion cut up fine
i medium size watermelon (cut up into small squares)
1 bunch of cilantro chopped finely
1/4 cup lime juice
1 garlic clove

You might add a hot pepper per your preference.

Mix softly as to not break up the watermelon and chill over night.

Not exactly a recipe, but I love Paul Newman's Pineapple
Salsa, and to make something similar, i'd start with drained canned ro-tel "mexican festival, with tomatoes, lime juice and cilantro" and mix with a small can of drained crushed dole pineapple, and add a few fresh favorite pepper slices/dices. Good luck and God bless you. : )

Depends on what kind of fruit.

Here is something off the top of my head

Mango cut into "salsa" size chunks
Maybe even some watermelon or pineapple
A little lime juice, a little sugar, some chopped cilantro some chopped purple onion (soak in water for several hours before if too strong) and a pinch of salt. You can add whatever you like. Avacado would be good with that too.
