Bulk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 9 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups shortening (butter-flavored is good)
  • 4 cups nuts (opt.)
  • 4 packages chocolate chips

Directions

Cut all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Add the chocolate chips. Store in airtight container. Yield: 4 batches. To bake: Mix 7 full cups of cookie mix and 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Delicious!
