Squeaky Wood Floors
Locate which plank is squeaking and sprinkle some talcum powder in the cracks. Let it sit for a while so the talcum powder can work itself between the cracks.

just don't use the old remedy of adding screws. some idiot did that to my house somewhere along the way and i have hardwood floors in the hallway with a dozen screwheads sticking out!!
