These would not be serious, but you might want to consult a skin specialist regarding these, or at least your regular doctor. I concur with the others. You need to see a doctor. If they're not blackheads, it would be a good idea to have them looked at and not take any chances. This sounds like it could be a skin infection or even an allergy to me.
