I have many black round marks (small)on my face & they are increasing day by day. I want to know any remedy for this problem? I have fair complexion so they look very odd & I want my face look all clean but these round marks are the main problem.

Definitely see a dermatologist.

I am wondering if these could also be moles or spots caused by too much sun. These would not be serious, but you might want to consult a skin specialist regarding these, or at least your regular doctor. I concur with the others. You need to see a doctor.

Wow. I thought that maybe they were blackheads, but someone suggested you be tested for diabetes. If they're not blackheads, it would be a good idea to have them looked at and not take any chances.

I am sorry I cant help you out with this problem, but I do think you should go to the doctors, especially if they are getting worse by the day. This sounds like it could be a skin infection or even an allergy to me.
