A cheap easy meal that makes a bunch for great leftovers!
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cheese soup
1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Chopped Onion (as much as desired)
Optional:
Chopped Celery
Chopped Carrots
Directions
Cook and season the hamburger, cook the rice, mix all the ingredients together. Let set covered until the cheese melts and it acquires the soupy texture. Yum Yum So Good! Enjoy!!
