This is an easy, Weight Watchers 8 Points Plus recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare mac and cheese as directed on box. Stir in soup, milk, tuna, peppers, and onions.
Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish and top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
