Fresh paint costs so little yet adds so much value. I watch HGTV's "Designed to Sell" show which is about sellers' who have difficulty selling their home. The decorators always say the cheapest way to make a room look better is by painting. After watching that show, I've been amazed by the transformation a can of paint can do to a room!

Homeowners can add value to their homes in many ways. One way could be, by adding on a home office, whether it be small or a whole room dedicated to it. Other ways, could be by adding a screened in porch, a sunroom or a deck. Redoing your lawn or windows. The possibilities are endless.

The quality of your windows also greatly increases the value of your house. As well as the amount of property it's on and it relative location to schools, amenities, etc. The age of your roof is a big factor as well. Hope this helps
