Picante Chicken

Yummy, easy dish with a little spice.

Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut up (2lb.)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup picante sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco chips (6oz.), crushed

Directions:

Coat chicken with egg, then with cornmeal. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover with picante sauce. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 375 degrees F. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and taco chips. Bake until cheese is melted.
