Anytime Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 3/4 cups walnut halves
  • 1 1/2 cups candied pineapple, cut
  • 1 1/4 cups golden raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups dates, cut up
  • Advertisement

  • 3/4 cup red candied cherries
  • 3/4 cup green candied cherries
  • 2 packages. Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients together in bowl. Pour milk on mixture and mix well. Press into foil lined small bread pans. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Remove from pans. Cool, wrap in more foil. Keep in refrigerator. Slice thin.

Just wanted to check.....there are no eggs or flour in this cake...? I'm going to give it a try, I just wanted to check this was correct before I do. My husband loves fruitcake.......
