Use a Shout Stain stick and sprinkle meat tenderizer on top of the stain stick and rub this into the fabric. Let this soak for a while or over night then laundry. I have had good results with this mixture. Meat tenderizer will breakdown enzymes and this is also helpful for grass stains.

You might also try household ammonia. Shouldn't bleach the curtain but will often take bloodstains out.

Try Hydrogen Peroxide - it's a good blood stain remover. So far I have only tried it on whites though. It may take out the color from your shower curtain.

Try using peroxide. It's known for taking blood out of things. Good Luck and God bless.
