Royal Pistachio Cake
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
Mix cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 pkg. pudding, water, oil and milk on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add 2 eggs and second box of pudding mix. Bake in greased and floured angel food pan at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done. Test with cake tester. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
