How about a scrapbook, or one of the photo books? A homemade dinner by candlelight followed by something you enjoy doing together, from walking in the moonlight, to a concert, to bowling? If you sew, or knit or crochet, a homemade garment or accessory? If you have some money to spend, an external hard drive (there are some wonderful sales this time of year) so he can back up his computer and won't lose all the emails and photos you've accumulated together? Does he collect anything to which you could add an item? If he likes something silly, like crazy socks--a collection of those...
