Easy, quick meal!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup margarine, sliced
- 6 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ham, slivered
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 5 cups cooked macaroni
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place margarine slices in 2 qt. glass baking dish. Layer remaining ingredients, 1/3 at a time, in prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 20 minutes.
