Pecan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Butter Pecan Cake Mix
  • 1 small pkg. coconut instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!

This is a good recipe, I use this combination of ingredients to make a good, moist bundt cake. You can use any combo of cake mix and instant pudding, though I usually don't add the nuts and I use only 1/3 cup of oil. Bake at 350 in a greased and floured bundt pan for 40-50 minutes, or until it tests done with a toothpick. Be sure to let it cool in the bundt pan for 20 minutes before inverting onto plate. Try different combinations, they're all good!
