Dog Being Treated for Mange Smells Bad?

My dog is being treated for sarcoptic mange with Revolution, and we are bathing her with Malapet medicated shampoo 2x a week. My problem is that we have bathed her a total of 4 times in the past two weeks, and her coat smells really bad. She is stinking up my house, and whenever we pet her, our hands and clothes smell as well. I don't know what else to do to help her, our vet says that the smell would go away with the shampoo we are using. Our dog is 14 weeks old. Please help us on what else can be done with our little baby.
