Easy, Healthy Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1 Chocolate Cake Mix (just the dry mix)
  • 1 Can Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions:

Mix well. Batter will be thick. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake according to cake mix directions. Makes approx. 18 regular muffins or 36 mini muffins

I tried this. The muffins rose up high and looked great, but they tasted very bland, not much chocolate flavor. They also had an unpleasant rubbery texture.
