Well, I've made salsas with pineapple, raspberry, mango, and strawberry, and water bath canned them all. They have all turned out real well. I can't recall seeing a recipe for blackberry salsa. Try looking on Food.com, or in the Ball book. I would see how long you water bath can your regular salsa, and how long you water bath can blackberries or blackberry juice, then use the longer of the two times.
