Healthy Gravy |

Gravy can still be good for you, even breakfast to enjoy now and then without being so fattening. Just use broth instead of milk. Cut out the fat by mixing the flour with cold broth or some water and stir into broth when hot and it looks, tastes and is real good gravy.

I do not use any oil to make good gravy,just brown the flour,ad seasoning(salt,pepper,garlic powder & anything you like)then let cool a min,ad water or broth slowly,stir so it will not have lumps. kathleen,Dothan Al.
